Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question that isn't answered here? Contact us — we're always happy to help.
Who are these trips for?
Anyone who loves to cycle and travel. Our riders range from enthusiastic beginners to seasoned road cyclists. Because we run two ride levels every day, the group can stay together while everyone rides at a pace that suits them.
How fit do I need to be?
You should be comfortable riding for a few hours and able to enjoy some hills. Most trips offer a shorter, gentler route and a longer, more challenging one each day, and a support van is on hand. If you're unsure whether a particular trip suits you, just ask — we'll give you an honest answer.
Can I rent a bike, or should I bring my own?
Both work. Quality bike rental is available on most trips (often included in the package price), professionally fitted to you. Or bring your own bike if you prefer — we'll help with packing and transfer logistics. See the packing list for details.
What's included in the price?
It varies by trip, but typically includes accommodation, most meals, guiding with two ride levels, luggage transfers, and support. Each adventure page lists exactly what's included and what isn't. Flights and travel insurance are not included.
How do I book?
Head to Book Now and choose your trip — booking is handled through a simple online form. We'll confirm your spot and follow up with trip details. Groups are small and popular dates fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.
What about non-riding partners?
Many trips welcome non-riders — some even offer a guided hiking programme as an alternative. Ask us about the specific trip you have in mind.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We ride rain or shine when it's safe to do so, and our guides adapt the day when needed. The support van means there's always a comfortable option if the weather turns.
